Return and Refund policy. We do our best to try and make sure you are happy with your purchase, but in the case that you are unsatisfied please contact us within 14 days of receipt, to let us know you wish to return your goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns where the seal has been broken. 

Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours after purchase. There may be several options to choose from. We ship internationally, but for some countries, courier delivery is required. Keep in mind too that with the pandemic, there have been delays across the board in many countries. Selecting the courier option, for the time being, is one way to overcome this.
