What's going on with DMSO?
The raw ingredient used to make DMSO comes from wood and is one of the by products of the wood pulp industry. However in 2020, and even parts of 2021, these industries were shut down and this resulted in shortages in the raw material used to make DMSO. Understandably, there's some hoarding going on and price hiking from the producers of high purity DMSO, but thankfully, we could see a return to normal, either later on this year or in early 2023.
